These beanies are an excellent choice for adding patches and simple decorations while maintaining consistent quality. Stock beanies offer faster turnaround times, typically 3-7 weeks, and lower minimums starting at 50 units, making them ideal for smaller runs or quick replenishments. While stock beanies are slightly higher in price per unit, they provide reliability, speed, and familiarity. 

Our Custom Beanie Program provides complete creative freedom from the ground up. Custom beanies require longer production timelines of 6-8 weeks and higher minimums beginning at 100 units. In return, they deliver significantly better value, offering lower per‑unit pricing and endless design possibilities for brands looking to stand out. 

Stock beanies can be customized with your choice of patch styles or direct embroidery to match your brand’s look. A standard folded woven label is included in the base price. Premium decoration styles and extra decoration locations are available for an added cost. 

Production typically takes 3-7 weeks after artwork is approved, and your order is placed. 

The minimum order is 50 beanies. You can split that into two styles or colors with 25 units each, as long as patch is the exact same across both. Reach out to our team for details or to talk through your options.
