Available in both standard and premium versions, custom hats require longer production timelines of 7-11 weeks and higher minimums beginning at 144 units. In return, they deliver significantly better value, offering lower per‑unit pricing and endless design possibilities for brands looking to stand out. 

Our stock hat program features the trusted brands you already know and love and are an excellent choice for adding patches. Stock hats offer faster turnaround times, typically 4-7 weeks, and lower minimums starting at 50 units, making them ideal for smaller runs or quick replenishments. While stock hats are slightly higher in price per unit, they provide reliability, speed, and familiarity. 

We offer two custom hat programs to fit different goals and budgets. The standard program is a great option for fully custom hats at a strong price point, making it ideal for larger runs or everyday merch.

The premium program takes things up a notch with upgraded materials, elevated finish options, and a more refined look and feel, comparable to top brands like Richardson and New Era. Start by choosing your hat style, then select your fabric color and material; options include cotton, corduroy, canvas, denim, and more. From there, pick your decoration placement and style, like patches, embroidery, screen printing, sewn appliqué, sublimation, and beyond. You can also dial in the details with your preferred closure, including snapback, velcro, slide, buckle, or clip. 

Looking to take it even further? We offer premium finishing touches like inside labels, seam tape, flag tags, underbill prints, patterned rope, and more. With custom hats, you have full creative control from start to finish. 

For standard custom hats, production typically takes 2-4 weeks for a sample photo, and then 5-9 weeks for full production, so a total of 7-11 weeks after artwork is approved and your order is placed.

For premium custom hats, production typically takes 2-3 weeks for a sample photo, and then 7-9 weeks for full production, so a total of 9-12 weeks after artwork is approved and your order is placed.
