Screen Print Methods
Plastisol Print

Our most popular option for a reason. Plastisol prints deliver bright, fully opaque colors on all fabric types. It’s the best choice for crisp, solid designs and accurate Pantone color matching.
Vintage (No Underbase)
Soft, lived-in look with a lighter feel.
Perfect for that worn‑in, vintage vibe. By using lighter inks or skipping the underbase, this technique creates a softer print with more transparency. It works especially well for bright prints on light garments or muted, faded looks on darker styles.
Waterbased & Discharge
Ultra-soft prints that feel like part of the fabric.
These specialty inks offer a softer, more premium finish. Water-based inks soak into the fabric for a smooth, breathable feel and work best on lighter garments. Discharge inks remove the garment dye and replace it with ink, creating a soft print without the extra layers. Best results come on high cotton content styles.
